Dead or Alive Ultimate is truly the ultimate fighting game, possibly the best fighting game ever

Dead or Alive Ultiamate had me hooked like a dumb bass on a fishing line from the minute I saw the case. I brought it home and played it till my eyes were strained and blinking rapidly. Thats a short way of saying that this game is off the chain. DOAU is the best fighting game since tekken 4, and arguably better then any tekken game ever made. This is mostly due to the fact that it pits a totally new fighting game with online capabilities and a long lost classic from the games vault. Old school meets new school in DOAU, and let me say, the meeting has been a huge success for the game. The online was where I was really hooked. You versus other people online in DOA is cool enough, but when the game is as high quailty as DOAU, its impossible to let go. The game just flows so nicely and is so fun to play that it seems like even with halo 2, I might still be playing this game everyday. The best online game since rainbow six 3. The single player is similar to the past DOA games, you fight several opponents and when you win you advance, winning matches and fights gets you unlockables, pretty simple. Unlockables include maps, fighters and outfits for your fighters. The reason DOAU is so good is because the new version of DOA 2 is so perfectly constructed. Its DOA 3 with a major overhaul. The graphics are great, the sound is nearly perfect and the frame rate is smooth as ever. The classic DOA 2 is a great reminder of a past DOA empire, and a great old school tribute to the legacy of DOA. If you ever get past the DOA 2 remake and get to the classic version, you will find that it is reminiscent of its counterpart in DOAU. This combo of games is absolutely perfect for the DOA franchise. DOAU is the best fighting game since tekken 4, and I would argue that it is better then tekken 4, and possibly go as far as to say that DOAU is the best constructed and most perfect fighting game of all time, challenged only by soul calibur and virtual fighter 4. You would be a fool not to pick this one up.
