When the video asked for my age I put in the oldest possible to make sure the boobies bounce a lot.

Unfortunately, fighting games didn't seem to change much recently (from PS days) and developers have to resort to casting semi-naked, idealised, virtual women to boost (however little it may attribute to the gaming experience) attention and sales. I am not at all offended by the semi-nakedness but a great deal by the fact that the developers themselves have decided that they need to flip these "switches"... Even the front cover of the game showcases a large portion of one's upper thigh. Look, maybe I am just dirty minded and keep just seen the exposed bits, but I seriously can't be sure why they are so pervasive in this game. And as others have said, why the silly beach ball games? Once again, I need to emphasis that I don't mind the whole sex appeal thing, it's natural, but to try to mix it in because the developers have nothing else to add to a game is mindblowingly disappointing.

this will be followed by another beach volleyball game I bet... then another before we see another DOA console game...

the framerate is halfed in 3-D and in a fighting game every frame counts.

Im still waiting for DOA5 on consoles. I've only been waiting for over 5 years.

With this announcement, will we finally get a new DOA for consoles? Not just a Volleyball romp?

I can't understand what the translator's saying with that accent, which seems to be some strange mixture of a British and Asian accent. Individually, I can understand said accents. Together... no.

I really hope this does mean a new DOA for the consoles soon. Regardless, 3DS owners are in for a treat- there are few codeshops better than Team Ninja at really making hardware sing, imho.

If the 3DS looks this good, the console version will look amazing, I bet! Good work, Temco!

Sounds good. Looks like street fighter will have some competition for my time on the 3ds.
