Dead Island is a total letdown.This game is very slow.zombies are slow.your character is slow.every move/attack drains energy.all weapons are melee.i didnt like that.later when you actually find some fire weapons they are very weak and useless.ammo consumes very fast.all the weapons need reparation after a few zombie kills.you must constantly repair your weapons.frustrating.there are tons of useless items.leveling up is bad.map is bad.saving system is horrible.story is...where is it??there is no strong atmosphere in the game.nothing makes you keep advancing.its so boring.the same slow zombies all the time.killl them killl them with ur stick,your knife or ur paddle,keep repairing.then again.again again...enemies respawn all the time in all the areas.you must collect money in briefcases..there are tons of briefcases..really boring.and the game is very hard at times.really dissapointing game.want some real zombie game with fast paced action and cool weapons?just play Left 4 Dead.want cool leveling up?just play Borderlands.
