Did Phil Lamarr (Sam B's voice actor) actually sing the "Who Do You Voodoo" song

Phil Lamarr is a well known voice actor, and he does a nice job filling in the role for Sam B's in game lines. But it seems so out of place for him to sing a song like that.

Is there any indication whether a separate artist did the song (which is common. For ex: The voice actor for Simba in the Lion King was separate from the actress of whenever Simba sang)?
