Daxter for the psp is a very good game and a different take on the Jak and Daxter series

Daxter actually got his own game and it is a very good one at that it is alot different to other jak and daxter games there is still alot of platforming and some type of shooting a spray gun bug killer and a fly swat and the Graphics are very good for the psp there brilliant all the levels are all brilliant and colourful and the character design is also really good basically all the levels characters and everything looks really good.

Gameplay is a tiny bit different to the other games in the series but it is basically the same you got a fly swat bug spray gun that you get mods for which you use to hover to higher locations the fly swat for killing bugs and the bug spray gun to stun the enemies and then hit them with the fly swat and there is alot of very good platforming in this one as well it is really good and the bosses are really good and you all the weapons you got to take down bigger enemies or bosses and there's mini games based on films that you unlock as you go further in the game and there all fun especially the matrix one but there all good and by finishing them yout health goes up overall the game plays really good and never slows down at all.

Story is set between jak and daxter the precursor legacy and jak 2 renegade where jak was captured by baron praxis and daxter in a bar talking about all dangerous and amazing adventures he supposed went on from there daxter gets a job as a bug exterminator the story goes on from there but it is quite a good story in between the 2 games overall a really good story.

Replay there is only replay if you collect all the precursor orbs all the bug traps that you can use to play a another game and if you want to play it again but the game if you try and collect everything it takes about 10 to 15 hours to get everything maybe longer but if you just run through it you can finish in about 7/8 hours overall there is some replay value in the game all in all this a very good game for daxter first outing and is a really good game in a amazing series.
