It's nice to see that Daxter has his own game.
In this game, Daxter is the main character rather than a sidekick like he was in the other games. I don't really know how the story goes, but Daxter must save Jak.
It seems that all the enemies on here are some kind bug, including the bosses. Daxter some swapping tool, which can use to kill the bugs. The thing is that it gets kind of old killing bugs over and over with something that basically has only one kind of attack. But at least Daxter also gets another tool with him where he spray things, like gas or fire. It works a lot like FLUDD from Super Mario Sunshine, since Daxter can also use it to float from one play to another, which is pretty cool and interesting.
There's also side missions that takes place in Daxter's dream. You can unlock more as you progress through the game and you activate them by going to Daxter's bed. They don't have anything to do with the main game itself, but they are pretty fun and sometimes even funner than the main game.
Overall, this is a good game. Although, killing bugs over and over with the same moves can get a bit old. It's also nice to see that they actually kept this game a PSP exclusive, unlike many other PSP games.
