@Quezakolt: That's true of every video game anyone has ever bought. You get a disc, a box, a manual, and a license to use the software; you do not own the software itself.
If you read the abysmal MK booklet, you will see that WB pretends that you did not buy the game, but in fact a leased lisence to use the software. I'm surprised it's not mentioned on any gaming website.
