I can hardly move my camera around without it jolting in the direction I'm moving it in. I'm constantly getting turned around because of such a glitchy-sensitive camera. Seriously...don't companies know how to port anything anymore? This is two games in a row now.

EDIT: SWEET! Found a good fix (for nVidia users):

--In nVidia Control Panel: Set VSync to 'On' and Triple Buffering to 'Off.'
--In Darksiders 2: turn off VSync.

I'm using an older driver as well (around 2.8 I think) since it's the only bearable driver that can run Fable 3.

Nevermind, it was only a temporary fix. This really sucks...

That sounds more like a mouse sensitivity issue then a graphical one. Have you tried adjusting that?

Definitely not mouse sensitivity. I mean, I suppose I could try it while I wait for this 138MB driver to download, but this was the same issue in DS1. The camera essentially just has horrible stuttering and jumps around while I'm moving the camera itself.

Okay after much Googling I might have stumbled upon a fix. Had to use a D3D Overrider:

    (Using drivers v305.53)

--In Darksiders, set VSync to 'Off' and Full Screen to 'Off' (play in Windowed Mode)
--In nVidia Control Panel set Vsync to "Use 3D Application Setting" and Triple Buffering to 'On'
--In D3D Overrider set Force Vsync to 'On' and Force Triple Buffering to 'Off'

Then play in windowed mode for some much needed smoother framerate and less stutter. Also use a "Windowed Borderless Gaming" application to remove the borders of the window while playing windowed (thus to essentially make it full screen).

Quite a few hoops to jump through but whatever, at least I can play the dang thing now!

Ugh...I'm in the Fjord now and it's starting to act up again. Not quite as bad as before the workaround, but still annoying. Dang it...this game is so much fun and they can't even port it correctly to make it work the way it should.

I had stuttering until I disabled in-game vsync, and enabled it through NVCP. My dad owns a 670, and he's found that in certain dungeons the frame rate dips well bellow 60, sometimes into the low 30's, and often hovers between 40-50 with the latest 310.70 drivers. His solution to the problem was wiping his system clean of current drives, and installing revision 301.42.

301.42, huh? Weird. Yeah for Fable 3 I had to go all the way back to 2.80 for bearable framerate. The glory of PC gaming...

Should I just make a new topic and request a sticky? This seems to be a pretty common issue...
