How do I get to the crucible?

I redeemed the code in the box and downloaded the crucible pass but cannot figure out how to play it?

Well I defeated the guardian and am now in the land of the dead. Do i need to go back to the forge lands and if so how do i access it once i do?

The crucible unlocks after you finish the forge lands provided you have redeemed the code however only the first 25 levels are available at that time more unlock as you progress through the story
