Dark souls, yes, it is really a tough game. I never was familiar with this game and other related games to this. First I played it for 2-3 hours and then left it alone. It was really hard to advance. Then I tried it again. Tried to understand its mechanics and logic.as soon as possible I learned to build up my character stronger with more powerful weapons.
Then I tried to use my experiences it other games that challenged me. At least twice a time I beat a boss monster with little trick of my own. It was cool to don't get engage with them face to face and yet you have something to do.
This RPG game reminds me Dragon age origins. D.S Needs lots of attention. Like many RPG games, at certain moments we should skip a fight and try it later with more strategies and conditions. It is important to light a bonfire near us to gain health. But don't forget that enemies will re spawn as well. After many hours, I have a chance to explore more without facing specific big monsters and tough enemies since they were killed by me before. But dead soldiers and less dangerous monsters remain a little problem anytime we want to check a previous place. I still want to finish D.S and I know it's a long way till the end.
In overall graphics are cool and varied, enemies don't get repetitive after a while, in every corner we should expect a deadly enemy. There is no fast travel mechanism in this game, so we must explore the dark world of D.S with patience and do it many times. D.S creates different scenes between admiration to rage. But is more like that we want to test our skills in defeating hard enemies by all the means we have. Sometimes it's not bad to reconsideration a situation and faces it with new angel.
It's not every one's game and not even a typical RPG to wander around. It's a game need time , a lots of time and skill and strategy.
