trying to darkmoon in the township and havent got an invasion all night, but when I cracked red eye orb I get an invasion in like 5 seconds.
Why arent people sinning anymore?! Either that or no one is using the indictments against invaders. I really wish they had made it so that anyone could indict, rather then have a specific item in your inventory.

It's a screwy system. I invade a lot, and rarely get indicted. Not to mention my 'sin' never stays. It seems that it always eventually goes away. I have had the game since launch and the highest my sin has ever gotten was 10 I think. Then it all eventually dwindled away and with it went the dark moon invasions. I can't make sense of it

The problem is that people dont indict... Lots of sinning going on, just not enough reporting.
I'm an active DMB myself.

Yep. Sometimes I go buy stacks of indictments and just drop them for randoms when I'm co-oping or whatever. It is kind of silly to have to go buy an item to do this though.

People just aren't indicting, I understand this personally, I used to think of it as an honor thing, like, "that was a fair fight, I shouldn't indict them" where as now I think indict everyone, it's pvp, it's why I still play

'The problem is not only sinning but using endictments too.People just dont endicte anymore.

The issue is that indictments are a badge of honor to Darkwraith PvPers. It's literally what the in-game ranking system is based upon. I imagine that many players just don't want to give them the satisfaction of a kill.
I remember when the game first came out, and you would get an indictment about 50% of the time. Now I'm lucky to get more then a handful a week. But maybe that's just my experience : /

This is the real reason. People just don't want to admit they got owned, especially people in the forest who gank.

the only way i have gotten indicted is if i use the enviroment, back stab them while they buff, back stab them while they bow etc.
It seems like more people get mad at you the more indictments you have...and since most people in the township like to play by some set of their own rules its pretty easy to get indicted there...
xD i even find myself indicting magic spam users

I have found that using TWoP instantly when I spawn in, then spamming Dark Bead and Homing Crystal Soulmass, then throwing down a Help Me when I win, tends to get me indicted pretty often.

Lol I understand what you mean.
Can I just go ahead and say that I never get a chance to indict people because I am always winning in PvP? Lol I am joking... but I have been winning alot of my random PvP fights lately. I did indict 3 people today.

*Laughs* Mr. Grunge Chaos, curse his soul, did that to me when I was messing around with zwies but hadn't gotten it thru my thick head yet that my aggressive nature doesn't lend well to heavy weapon use so players that like to parry would drool when they saw my dumb aggressive butt.
Anyways he'd drop indictments too before a fight, but I never indicted because, in the circles I chatted in, indicting was seen as proof that your opponent p'd you off so I never indicted. It was kind of like a badge of honor or something, but then again I didn't understand how indicting worked with the leaderboards at the time either.
