My white soapstone is missing, anyway to get another one?

Okay I know I had the white soapstone. I summoned the Knight to fight the gargoyles. I am getting ready to fight qualaag (spelling?) and I wanted to see if I could join someone else doing it. I look all around my inventory and my bottomless box, but it is nowhere to be found. I have double and triple checked and it is just flat out gone.

Has anyone experienced this, or is there a way to get another one?

Nope, I didn't miss it. I double checked. I was able to be summoned previously, but I no longer have the stone. It isn't in my inventory, it isn't in my box, and i've been told it isn't droppable. I am guessing I just got bugged.

Okay, if you let him die on boss then go back to where you originally find him he will restart the conversation and give you another soapstone.
