I love Ultramix!!
The gameplay in DDR is fun dancing style gaming which you hit four buttons on the pad to score points. The game modes include Game Mode,Workout Mode,and much more so you can have hours and hours of gameplay in this game. The dance pad works great with this game because of all the different songs to play in Game Mode plus the I dfferent difficulty can keep even the hardest DDR fan playing for a while. The workout mode is also a great place for beginners to start out because you can set the songs so they are different to help you. Plus for you who are watching your weight the game game keeps count of the total amount of calories that you lose in workout Mode. So this game has a few unlockable songs to play which is nice but I realy wish they had added more characters to use to dance with in the Game Mode other than the 2 you have.
The graphics in the game are cool. The arrows look great as they fly across the screen. The backgrounds in the game look cooland really go good with the gameplay in this game. The 2 characters in the game could have had some work on them before release but they are still ok. The menus also look great and are easy to use. There are also many of the backgrounds which most look great but some look just plain ugly. There realy isn't that much different things other than the bgs to look at so I can't say that this is the best game for graphics on the X Box.
The sound is the best part of this game. Some of the best songs that i have ever heard are in this game. It really got me into the game with the fun upbeat songs and the best part is there is alot of them! This could possibly be one of my fav games just because of all of the music in the game. I can say though that after a while some of the songs get rpetitive but for the most part you won't get to bored with them.
The DDR fans may already have this game but if you have a X Box and don't have this game it will will need to get this game to mess around with. you can buy it as a pack or as a game and a mat but any way you go this game is worth getting once you get a dance pad but if you aren't going to get a mat don't get it but if you already have one check this game out.
