When this game came out in 2003 the TV series had been out for 2-3 years and was a big hit. When the game came out this also became a hit because it was the first game where you could become a forensic investigator and help solve crimes. This is what made the game become and instant hit. All the voices are done by the actual characters in the TV series and there are 6 or 7 crimes which you have to help solve. There are hints and cheats to help you solve the crimes but this type of game wouldn't be as fun if you didn't work the clues out yourself.
