Great expansion for fans of the original Crysis.

This expansion is very brief to play through. I beat it in about 4 hours on normal difficulty. That is one sitting to complete. I beat the original Crysis in mostly one sitting on normal difficulty except the first level but that took about twice as long. Continues the tradition of excellent graphics for the Crysis series. It is documented that this game is better optimized than the original but my framerates seemed consistently lower than original Crysis. Runs about as well as the first TBH, so if your PC can't run original Crysis well, it won't run Crysis Warhead well.

Warhead is SP only, the MP part is in Crysis Wars which is a separate game to install but uses the same key as Crysis Warhead. The story is helter skelter and can be hard to follow. I still don't know what incident the tape examination intermissions are referring to. Some of the events that happen conflict with those of the first game. Psycho popped in and out of the first game to help Nomad but doesn't do so in this game. If you look past the plot loopholes, you will find a game that is as fun to play as the original. Xbox 360 controller support is available on all Crysis games. A bit more variety than the original when it comes to standing around shooting the same people over and over. If you enjoyed Crysis, you will enjoy this game. I got this as part of Crysis Maximum Edition for $10 and it was money well spent.
