Need Help Getting Into The Game, Anyone Please HELP!!!!!

    Installed the game, ran the updates, and still getting the Direct X 11 Gpu error message, when Everything is past the Maximum requirements, and I'm running the current version of Direct X 11, and I have an ATI RADEON video card. 4800 Series. Plus, I have ran all new updates for Windows Vista. If anyone can help me, it would be very much appreciated. please write me at this email address, predator1781@hotmail.com thank you.
