PXWARRIOR FTW definately agree with you there mate. its the same as people saying ATI is better than Nvidia or visa versa. it bouils down to choice. and if i had the money i'd also own both as there are some PS3 games that i really wanna play (GOW III!!!!)

i completely agree with sergeant_ like some people would go "o look the ps3 version is missing some detail on grass"...like wow!!! i have both ps3 360 and pc and no im not one of those little rich kids that have everything i worked for to get all those stuff...but anyways like i was saying. 1st:ps3 n 360 its the same S*** OK just different games different console but the graphics is the same.personally thought i prefer ps3 for certain reasons but thats just a personal choice like i wouldnt be mad at you for liking 360 more cuz i dont care nd pc u can't compare with consoles bcuz the pc is in another level so for all the little winnie babies shut the F*** up nd enjoy the damn video games u don't like em dont buy em

I am a console gamer *Except for RTS thats PC all the way* and I can say this game looks f****ing Great! I cant wait to get this. And really if all you care about are graphics in a game go play Flower on PS3 jeez

Elian2530 @ Personally, I believe that console owners are like the little cry babies that think everything is about them...once some game that comes along that "supposedly" isn't going to look great on their system they'll whine. If they're going to complain about how one little pixel isn't going to show up on their screen they should definitely get off their high horse.. One itty bitty graphics shift should NOT be a reason not to get this game, its like ordering a burger and complaining that one sesame seed is missing from the bun. Boo hoo get over it.

This is gonna be killer on PC!!! Destructible environments, physics, better lighting and effects. The console versions will be "Good", but the PC version will be EPIC.

What do you mean by "half-ass" developers produce? You have no clue how much blood sweat and tears developers put into their games. It's the producers have a large effect on games; they are the ones who give the funding and demands. If you got complaints, it'd better be about producers, not developers.

How can some people not be impressed or at least neutral? I hear so many complaints.. people already comparing it to its PC counterpart.. like wtf? Get serious. This is an amazing feat for the consoles alone.. And you should be comparing to games that half-as$ developers produce. Not games that look this great.

Im hoping they have different teams for the different consoles and PC. I do not want to get my hopes up they want to push the limit with one engine... . That is impossible as a specific engine for the Xbox 360 and PS3 and PC. Games like Halo Reach, and Killzone 3 or next Naught Dog game will look better as they are spicific to that platform. AND PC games well if they are made for the NEW graphic cards will blow away the consoles. BUT that never happens as there are NO PC games that can ONLY be played on High end cards!!

I'm excited. Ever since Crysis in '07 FPS titles have been putting us in jungles and lush environments and yes, we get it, you can make the tropics look amazing, and it's fun to blow it all up, but I think we're ready to blow up a city now.

GT_APE If you looked up info on the new engine than youd know that the consoles and pc are going to be maxing out for this one, so dont worry and that goes for everyone else.

I think people forget what "teaser" trailers are suppose to do. All they are, are official announcements of games. It also uses for good time killing at conventions. "We are working on this, so let's just talk about it for 5-10 mins, release a teaser, then just finish up with other stuff".

Just make sure the pc version will be well made and not a mess ok?

Crysis was originally and exclusively made for the PC. Let's hope that this console version won't leave us dry in the story since most of us didn't own a top-end computer the time this bad boy came out. High Expectations for this.

@zobbi4110 How about the part where it takes up less space, costs less (yes, it does before you PC fanboys start up with "Oh upgrading doesn't cost as much as you'd think" It's still more expensive in the long-run, and normally the short-run too), has shorter start up times than PC's, requires less technological know-how, rarely requires games to be installed to be played, and finally, you don't have the hastle of having to upgrade (Which many people don't know how to do) or have to pay somebody to upgrade it for you. Don't get me wrong, I use my PC for games all the time, but if it's a game that's also on the 360, then I won't bother getting it for PC, simply because it's so much less hastle.

@zobbi4110 Your not making any sense. You need to improve your spelling and grammar before trying to engage adults in conversation. Little tip for you, there is a spell check option just below the comment box, may I suggest you use it. Also, why would playing games with out the need to sit down (I'm talking about the Wii) be better? When I come home from work all I want to do is relax, not jump around waving my arms. As for the 'playing games from the comfort of my sofa' argument, if you read my post properly you'll see that I said, FOR ME it's the better option. Your arguments don't make any sense at all and you need to read and understand properly, what people are saying before replying. You sir have failed!

The thing I wonder, I have never played the first Crysis although I want to, but I have a cheaper computer. Do you have to play the first Crysis to understand the second one?

Crysis in an urban setting... it's going to be amazing! Ignoring the fanboys (for PC and consoles), I have to say I'm glad they're releasing it for consoles as well. The graphics won't be as good, but it's been a couple years since I've upgraded my PC and I can't max out Crysis, let alone its sequel. Why can't everyone just be glad that we all get to play the game? PC gamers get the best graphics (if they're machines can run it, that is) and console gamers get the experience they've been missing out on for the past few years, without having to worry about performance/settings/resolution. People are so in love with inanimate objects these days...

@Bashers79 And you need to loose the console fanboy attitude secnondly popular doesint = good and console games are a good example of this. Third you console fanboys need to stop bringing the whole but you can play it while sitting on the couch bullcrap becuase first you can do that with a pc and second it doesint make one thing better than the other becuase whooptydoo you can play it on the couch, thats like me saying the wii is better than all consoles becuase i can play some games without the need to sit down.

@backcue May be you need to lose the PC fanboy attitude. Your entitled to your opinion the same as everyone else but the fact that GoW and ME are so popular is evidence that they are good games. As for ditching my consoles, who the hell do you think you are telling people what they can do with their money? I have job, a good one at that and I didn't buy my PS3 and Xbox360 because they're cheaper, I bought them because for me, they offer a far better gaming experience than the PC ever did. I can come home from work, lounge on my sofa and play quality games on my 48" 1080p tele as apposed to sitting at a desk looking at a monitor, which I do for 50% of my working day already. Also I think you PC gamers need to understand that, yes console games wouldn't be where they are now without computers but, console gaming is such a large part of the industry now that without it, I doubt there would be a gaming industry anymore.

@Pride_of_Hiigar I have to disagree with you about KZ2 I bought it a few months ago and apart from the graphics (which are pretty sweet) I think the games a big let down. cliched story, sluggish controls, annoying unhelpfull ally AI's, the list goes on. I won't comment on UC2 as I've not finished the first one yet. My point is, graphics don't mean squat with out good game play and thats why my copy of KZ2 is collecting dust.

I am commenting on some other peoples comments. Couple things, number one, Bioshock two has worse graphics than Bioshock one but the game play is better. If your playing a game just for the graphics then your not really PLAYING the game. Number two, Gears of War was a crap game. That big of a game and they had to make it streamlined? What would have been so hard about making it open ended game play? NOTHING. Mass effect two is a lot like GOW when your shooting. The duck and cover is exactly the same. I will stick with ME2 TYVM. One more thing, lose the console and by a PC. You people only buy the consoles because they are cheaper. GET A JOB lol.

All you console lovers out there need to understand something before you go down talking the PC. You would not have that console or that game if it wasn't for a computer. What the hell do you think these games are made on? If you take away all the computers in the world your console will be nothing more than a useless paperweight. I wish they wouldn't port this game to consoles, it's just gonna be another watered down version compared to the PC. I have used a keyboard and mouse just as much as my 360 controller and there is no way you can be as precise with a controller as you can with a keyboard and mouse. Long live the PC.

WTF? You call that a teaser? It didn't make me want to check the game out anymore than I did. I am sick and tired of these game developers basically LYING about the games they produce and sell. Game developers are nothing but greedy. The first crysis was WAY too hyped and NO one unless your a friggin millionaire could play the game when it came out because the graphics were way too high end. Why should I pay you fifty to sixty dollars for a game when I also have to buy a new video card just to play the game? And then the developer brings out another crysis a and then yet ANOTHER one, and then down the line they package them into one box and sell it? That is a bunch of crap. I payed my fifty dollars for the first crysis and I feel I got ripped off. There is NO WAY I am paying you anymore money for a game that should be in the bargain bin by now. I will wait till this game is twenty dollars or less.The development of this game has been nothing but one big CRYSIS for a lot of people. Bioshock 2 anyone?
