It looked very interesting when I first picked it up, but thank God I read the fine print.

The Good:
-Really impressive graphics
-Innovative style to the horror survival genre
-Great use of the concept of interactive environment.
-Full of real potential, but . . .

The Bad:
-System requirement are way presented way too low on the box.
-even people with GTX 295 cards are not getting absolute perfect performance
-clumsy combat system
-horrific bolt action rifles, against super-mutants.
-pointless story line and useless power of voice echo, or something like that. You get to see the last minutes of any dead person on the ship.

The Ugly Truth:
This game engine is the worst I have seen by far. The graphics are great, but graphics do not make a game fantastic. I think that people would be better of playing Damnation, but I wouldn't know because I have not bought it. The game has already got a patch realised for it and it is suppose to fix

Memory leaks
Memory Fragmentation's
improve system performance only to computers that surpass the recommended requirements, which benefits only a handful of people.
After you download the patch you can't play your previous saved game which pissed me off all to hell, but I guess I will give it another go after a few days.
Enable full use of PhysX, which is a Nvidia thing, so people with ATI are SOL, but it is always like that. Some games favor ATI and others favor Nvidia.

Conclusion:
The game has real potential and the makers are ambitious. I bit misguided, but ambitious none the less, and I have a feeling that future games are going to sprout from this pioneer game. I would suggest waiting for Bioshock 2 if you really want a horror survival genre game.
