A little short, and a little easy from the first Croc which was more challengeing.

User Rating: 7 | Croc Adventure PS
For those who loved Croc:Legend of the Gobbos on the PS1 speically me, there's a sequel which is Croc 2. Takes place just after the first game Croc finds out that his parents are alive and goes seaching for them meanwhile Baron Dante returns once again and goes on anathor rampage, so it's up to Croc to go on anathor adventure.

Gameplay: If you have played through the first Croc, the controls feel the same but kind of new there are some new features but most of the new features are kind of disapointing and easy. If you swing on the ropes you might go a little if you don't jump at the right time which can make the game a little frustrating.
With Croc 2 your health is no longer like the first game where if you have no gems you'll die like on the sonic games but in Croc 2 it's mostly Hearts more you hearts you get throughout game the more likly you'll get pass most levels, but some levels are little easy or hard pending on how well you know the series.

But Croc 2 does feel a little like a Super Mario game. You can also play mini games as well like you can drive a Go-Kart and race around a 3 lap track with other racers or a speed boat race as well. Bosses for Croc 2 are alot easier from the first game thats if you have played through Legend of the Gobbos which some people found frustrating and hard to beat the game.

Graphics and Sound: Look the same as the first one but brighter. Most of the worlds you'll visit do look the same as the first one a little. First world is a beach based level, next level is this Winter-artic world and then there's a Jungle-preastoic world with lots of lava. Camera is alot worser then the first one and maikng not easy to know where things are.

Music has not changed from the first game but most music is all remixed in a different way. Nothing new to voicing you'll be hearing Croc's moves and attacks like Ka-Powl or Kes-san, most charcters and enemies in the game are the same thing for those who have played through Legend of the Gobbos on PS1 or on PC.

Overall: For those who loved the first Croc speically me, you'll probably find Croc 2 a little disapointing and repetative but I kind of perfure the first Croc more then to the sequel. Also feels a little short on levels but you can play through secret levels f you collected coloured gems through every level, it does feel like a Super Mario but not 100% perfect just feels a little short.
