    He's hiding from the officer, but I don't know what gives a better reward. Can anyone who has done it already tell me what I should do?

    I didn't and it said that he will send you messages about Shinra that alot of people don't know or something.

    Ive done both. and if you snitch, he's gone for good. If you dont, its the better option.
