This game is the "First" of many kind...

This is actually the first Crash game to be on a non-Sony console, the first to be on a Nintendo console of any kind, and the first to be completely side scrolling. The latter is probably due to the limitations of the GBA capabilities. I think I really enjoyed this game because I just couldn't believe the day had come when I was actually play Crash Bandicoot on my Gameboy. I know it does seem like much now but back then, it was pretty unbelievable!

My Breakdown:

What's Good:

- Reproduces a new but guniene Crash experience
- Side Scrolling gameplay doesn't take away from the experience
- CRASH ON GAMEBOY! WHAT?!

What's Not-So-Good:

- I seen much better graphics on the GBA. Universal should have rendered this game in a more cartoony shell than the usually three dimensional one.

What's Bad:

- The story

In all, It was hard for me to get pass the marvel of Crash Bandicoot being on my Gameboy for me to give an impartial review. However, I didn't see anything beyond the change in perspective than would turn fans of the series off.
