A bad port of a great game
One of the first problems that the game suffers from is a lack of an auto-buy option, it sucks that you have to go through so many radial menus to buy all of your equipment and to add insult to that the radial menus can be very difficult to navigate and it is very easy for you to get kicked backed to the base menu.
The second problem with the game is the lack of servers, there is only a handful of servers and most of them are full so don't expect to have many large battles unless you are lucky.
Third the game suffers from a lack of maps, all that is available are the standard counter strike maps and some maps to download from live, so expect to play the same maps over and over again, the question that comes to my mind is that why didn't the developers include any editors with the game or as a download from live, this also means no server mods, no gun game worldcraft 3 none of that you are stuck with vanilla counter strike.
There are some nice perks like the graphics are really nice looking, all the characters and map objects look awesome but the gameplay does not match the graphics, the controls are ok but nothing spectacular that makes this game enjoyable.
Overall this is a very bad port, there are plenty of other better XBOX originals and 360 games to spend money on and time playing than this less than mediocre game, avoid it all costs.
