i just cant agree less with other reviewers...

sure it was revolutionary when it came out, sure it did have the best multiplayer when it came out, sure it WAS fun WHEN IT CAME OUT. I find that it just got ruined. Its IMPOSSIBLE to find a game that you actually like to play (i.e. team deathmatch, free for all etc.) Another problem is that half the matches are played on a map called "de_dust" which i find is good but it gets REALLY annoying when you end up playing it OVER AND OVER again. And the no aiming don your sights thing? WTF! And its all so cluttered... if you do end up finding a game that you do think is fun to play then its pretty good...the gameplay is pretty fun and i like the "getting weapons in game" system. The graphics are pretty decent and the hacking prevention system is excellent. Overall the gameplay deserves and 8.5 but the unbelievably lousy interface ruin everything.

    Repetitive? Yes, but somehow CS Source just never gets old.
