More than one Steam account for one computer?

You can have as as many steam accounts as you like only one can be in use at any given location though

The answer is no. Reason being is that you can only have one Steam client running on a single machine. However, you can simply log out of your Steam account and log your brother in with his account details. In other words, you can have more than one Steam ACCOUNT on a single machine but you can't have more than one Steam CLIENT (the actual program) running at the same time.
