We get the intel on the new arsenal mode, Demolition, and the newest map from the Xbox 360 spring showcase.
but i want real blood and gore this time.. as its more rewarding.. when you kill yr opponent.. torn heads shotguns making holes in body etc..
Might not be as epic as Counter Strike when it first released and really set the bar for multiplayer fps online, but I'll take it. If not, I can always go back to the original haha.
@Elann2008 actually i think this is good progression since you can play ranked matches against players of your skill level and even if you play against players of better skill level they even out the score as seen and explained in this video
@lilhinle4 yeah i meant more of just xbox because they cant use mouse and keyboard, and they cant play with the PC players like PS3 can
@Siddysss... don't want you COD only lovers in the mix anyway. And yes I like and play COD but I don't think every shooter out there needs to be like it.
@Siddysss Back to COD for you then...
(cont...) Sadly, as much as I liked CS in it's time, from what I am looking here, I don't think I will be buying this game (even though I was planning to buy it when I first heard of it). It's more of the same thing, a stage I already went through in my gaming life.
Crosshairs? CROSSHAIRS?!? Come on people, we are in 2012, I could understand it when I played the game more than a decade ago, but on a current game? I remember one of the premises of the game when it first appeared, to try to be somewhat realistic (dying with a few shots, headshots instantly kill you, realistic weapons, recoil, etc.). Now, where are the Iron Sights?
@ItsHotOnTheSun, I will be playing it on the Xbox. Well, either that or the PS3. I think expanding it to consoles was a great idea. It didn't hinder the game at all because Counter Strike isn't about graphics, and even if barely anyone played it on console, it wouldn't be a downfall because PS3 players can play with PC players and they're trying to incorporate Xbox 360 as well.
WOW! I'm sorry to be a prick here, but whoever is playing SERIOUSLY needs to go back to PC, cause he SUCKS on console.
@ItsHotOnTheSun You are right about the fans...but bear in mind that CS was a great success some years ago. I am sure that many people who played this game on pc in the past, now have good gaming consoles and are eager to try this game.
@VivaRevolucion - Thanks! I get, and respect the perspective - I realize they were first in many regards.
This guy makes this game look kinda sukky,He's getting killed all the time and he is playing against Bot's. i counted 3 shotgun rounds into the door frame. I know this was the online game back in the day,But it looks pale to today's standards.
Im sorry but i dont think any one is really going to play this on xbox, the fan base has been on PC and thats probably where its going to stay
@ElJefeDeMedios This is a pretty common misunderstanding, what you should have said was this " I fail to see how every other shooter sets itself a part from CS" Happens, don't worry, got your back. NP!!!
Wow - after all this talk I see online from PC folks about how Counter-Strike was/is the best FPS ever ... this footage just did not set itself apart from any other shooter.
