The first side scroller i ever played, and it kept me occupied for ages.
This game is the typical sidescroller, you jump on the enemies and you get points and bonus levels. this had a bit more, like sticking to the walls and a small puzzle element where you had to decide how to get to a higher level without hitting something, which added the extra replay value and the bonus levels kept you playing each level again and again to see how many stars you can get.
This game had the PC speakers so it didnt sound so great 14 years ago but back then, in 1995, i can remember, i used to play this everyday, every single day with my cousins and my friends, taking turns to see who could get furthest on the levels, and back then, apart from doom and Doom 2 was the best game i had played, and apart from sonic the hedgehog on the sega megadrive, the first game i ever played.
This game can be downloaded right now, google it and give it a go, you will know what gaming was like 14 years ago, what people considered addictive, its not really changed, just different. give it a go, theres no harm in it, its freeee.
