It's Playable, But There's Not Much To Keep You Playing

User Rating: 5.5 | Evolution GT PS2
The Good:
-Intimidating other drivers.
-Lengthy and engaging career mode.
-Rewards are decent. (New driving gear, skill points, etc.)
-Racing teams are a good touch.
-It's budget-priced.
-AI is good.
-Tiger effect is useful to recover from mistakes.
-Gabrielle Tarquini (Race car driver) does a great job explaining the tutorials and giving you encouragement via cutscenes after completing a difficulty level in career mode.
-Choosing your driver personality (Higher intimidation or higher anticipation, etc.).

The Bad:
-No multiplayer.
-Very few gameplay options and there's not much to keep you playing (Alfa Romeo Racing Italiano is the same way).
-Jittery graphics and frame rate.
-Lackluster presentation.
-Sound effects are lame.
-Races are boring.
-Most of the tracks have little road space, which makes it hard to overtake your opponents at times.
-Getting intimidated (Blurry, seizure-inducing screen while getting intimidated).
-Loose controls.
-Some of the challenge modes require a lot of trial-and-error.

Overall, Corvette Evolution GT is at least playable, but not really worth keeping, seeing that there's not much to do hereto keep you playing.
