Good at the start.

Graphics: 3/10

They are just awful. A log just looks like a brown lump and your character looks like 6 rectangles with a hexagon on top. But you go by the scenery too fast to really notice. One of the maps is going through a forest and that doesn't actually look that bad for a game from 1998.

Gameplay: 8/10

This game is great fun at the beginning. Trying to win races to buy faster boards and just eventually complete the career. But its a shame that the career is short and confusing and it gets repetitive after a while. Also, it is strange that your competitors start a long way in front of you, so its very hard to get to the front. The controls are simple but heavy, making you crash into the sides easily, and its not easy enough to slow down for tight corners. You can feel the difference in control when you switch from snow to ice.

Sound: 6/10

The sound of the board on the different types of snow is very good, but the mans voice after you finish each race is very annoying after a while. Also, every time you crash into a wall there is a horrible unrealistic clunk sound.

Overall: 7.5/10

This is a good fun snowboarding game that sucks you in at the start, but you lose interest after that. Luckily if you want a snowboarding game this is pretty much all you can get.
