To be fair it is a good NES game but it would make more sense if the Contra logo wasn't in because it isn
from gamers and became another Mediocre game.Before the game was released in The USA i was renamed.They putted the Contra logo on and then Contra Force was born.
On the story now ,the story takes place in 1992 on ''Neo City'' and centers around a counter-terrorist task force called the "Blue Group". The leader of the Blue Group's, Burns, receives a phone call from an informant named Fox telling him that the team's Head of Intelligence is in danger. When Burns arrives at a Harbor to meet Fox, he finds Fox murdered and is attacked by an unknown armed group. With the help of his comrades Beans, Iron and Smith, Burns must neutralize the terrorists and solve the disappearance of the Head of Intelligence.
So ok,this is the story of the game.The graphics were pretty good for the time since it was released 7 years after the NES went on the Market.They actually putted some interesting and cool concept in the game,like blowing up a F-16,traveling to a submarine by a Boat and walk from one plane to another through the sound effects from the planes were taken from the NES game ''Top Gun''.The Music i got to say is great and pushes you to play the game with more skill.It is so great you'll want to Download it and hear it every now and then.
Now to the game play.The movement of the charapters is Average
but they made the game more to have many similarities with the contra series by not allowing you to hold the b button and fire the gun like a machine gun.Insted for every bullets you fire you got to press the the B button.A change to the Game play is that it has an Upgrade able system
much like Gladius.Its smart but that may piss you off when you want to kill Armies of terrorist with all the arsenal you want.Another Change they made is that they allow one of your comrades to come into the battlefield and help you in the game with out being player-controlled with tons of order to give him, but the down side is that the AI is Stupid and you can only call him for
5 seconds.Another down side is the game suffers from Incredible Lag.
If you jumb while many things are on the screen,it will go so slow you can eat a pizza before he lands
