Goldeneye isn't on XBLA. It's only on the N64 - the Goldeneye (called Goldeneye: Reloaded) released two years ago on the Wii, and last year on the XBox 360 and PS3, is a very different game, that only has the same name, and the same plot (both the N64 game and the Wii/XBox 360/PS3 game take the name and the plot from the movie) as the N64 game, although the designers of the new game have copied some aspects of the old game as much as they could without getting sued. A few years back, another game, called Goldeneye: Rogue Agent, was released for the PS2 and XBox (and maybe Gamecube?), but was an even worse game than the new one, and had nothing to do with the movie, it was called Goldeneye: Rogue Agent just to make people buy it because the name reminded them of the N64 classic, and the justification for calling it Goldeneye: Rogue Agent was that you played as an agent gone rogue (i.e. turned bad) and you had an eye shot out, and replaced with a golden eyeball, that could see through walls (seriously!).

Anyway, the three different games are:

    Goldeneye (N64) - absolute classic
Goldeneye: Rogue Agent (XBox, PS2) - mediocre shooter with nothing to redeem it,
Goldeneye: Reloaded (Wii, XBox 360, PS3) - basically Call of Duty with a James Bond theme. Not a bad game, but nothing special, and there are much better FPSs around.

Goldeneye N64 was supposed to be coming to XBLA, according to Rare. They even released screenshots and videos of the gameplay, and it looked very nice, but sadly the game was abandoned and no reason was ever given as to why. People still ask for it to be released, but there's no sign of it happening, though we do still hope to see it on modern machines.

Well OOT, Majora, smash bros, Banjo, and especially paper mario are all amazing games

super mario 64 isn't that great but it has a lot of nostalgia for people

Ogre battle is okay so I don't see the appeal

    never played goldeneye or WWF

    and DK64 is a mess

I dunno if I'd put conker in the top 10. but it deserves it more than DK64. any game does

It was released pretty late in the N64's life span, it simply slipped under the radar.
