While in-game, hold CTRL + SHIFT + TILDE(~) or CTRL + SHIFT + @ to open the console, and enter any of the following codes:

NOTE: Must press CTRL + SHIFT + TILDE(~) again to close the console.

FOW_Toggle	Toggles Fog of War on/off
ee_bigheadmode(1/0)	Big Head Mode. 1 for on, 0 for off.
setsimrate<number>	Set game speed (default is 8)
taskbar_hide	Hide taskbar
taskbar_show	Show taskbar
restart	Restart game
abortgame	Quit game
statgraph()	Enable "statgraph_channel" codes
statgraph_channel("fps")	Display frames per second
