Best Space Game Ever. Period. Bar-None.

I grew up with this game as i am now 13 and it is still my favourite. The musical score, the graphics, the freedom all meld together in perfect synchronicity. Colony Wars game has all the extras- databases, cheats, amazing space scenery and beautiful cutscenes to say the least. Maybe it's the cliched-but-never-overused storyline or the feel that you are in the cockpit but i just can't get over the fact that this game kicks royal booty. The only single issue i have with colony wars was the 3rd sequel. It was a total let down for me as most of the actual playing was ground-based. But that's another story. I am, however disappointed that no-one can get this game anymore as i have introduced this game to all my friends and they love it but CAN'T get it. Oh well at least i do... hehe.
