Chiller, not a thriller…… OK, I will start by saying despite what the box and manual and even the start up screen says, this isn’t a 2 player game no matter how much it tries…. Here we have Chiller, Another non Nintendo made Zapper game that again has more problems then fun. I submit for your approval a scary game, what makes it scary? Is it the ghoulish monsters or scenery? Or could it possibly be the non existent gameplay? Now in theory a 2 player Zapper game with SUPERB graphics and a first step in the FPS and Survival Horror genres sounds like the best game EVER….. but unfortunately Chiller failed at being a thriller and failed at being a game…… No arguments that the graphics are GREAT for an NES game but non existent gameplay is quite harmful…..And as usual….. the only reason to own it, it is yet another non Nintendo made NES game which means no seal of quality (that may be a good thing in this situation because quality is non existent in Chiller) For my final wrap up…. I’ll do in the old game informer way Graphics= great Gameplay= very poor Fun factor= very poor Sound= good Control= very poor
