This isn't the best game in the world, but if you are looking for a solid, portable chess game I would recommend this game. The AI is pretty decent, with very nice difficulty levels portrayed as different people. I am a novice at chess, but I really enjoy playing it. This game allows me to be able to play chess and work on my game whenever I want. There are mini-games besides the main chess aspect. They are so-so, nothing special, but it seems like they are trying to work off the success of Brain Age etc. I really wish there were some more profile extras, and I think that would bring a lot more to the game itself. I have yet to try out the online play, but I'm guessing its ok.
Overall, this is a good game, if you enjoy chess. Obviously, if you don't like chess don't buy the game. The 'extras' within the game do not really add anything in my opinion, and it would be just fine if they only included chess itself.
