Compared to the other titles in the field, this on disappoints. Have a quick look at SEGA's / EA's. So disappointing !!!

Disappointing, this is the right word. Looking at all the other titles, this 'manager' is way back. Is simple but not too great. If EA makes it somehow complicated for many of the players and SEGA makes the 'manager' game simple and cool, this one is nether. I'll give a 6.5 because this is the right score for it..... in my opinion. And now I'll explain why:
- first of all, the interface is not so friendly, to much blue, after 1-2 hours of playing I've had some issues seeing things, I'm not kidding. Then several screens have too much green. My friends stick to colour / palette not so bright and use it; don't make a rainbow from the game;
- the management system is almost fair. Maybe several options are missing but in essence is fair. Those who want more will play EA's title;
- the 3D in game not that great; it would be better just to have only a text version of the game progress.
