Still not sure if I like the whole Cel-Shaded thing. Makes it feel more like a comic book, but also makes it to kid-ish.

Y' know after reading all the trash talk from the DC online fans I was gonna rebut and decided to research the game before i said anything. I did, and I'm a bit corrected. The game does actually look very nice. I especially love the character build system. Still didn't find out about the appearance customization but from what i saw of the sample characters things look promising. Now I'm just sitting here twice as anxious as i was before because now I'm looking forward to BOTH of these games. XD

guess that everyone who plays this game is a bit geeky anyway so don't feel bad >,>

Looks amazing i really can't wait to make my own superhero if that doesn't sound geeky enough.

If you like this type of game, then i'd say go for DC Universe Online.

The video looked pretty sweet! I was reading the previews and it wasn't getting me as amped as I was hoping but the teaser trailer did!

This is just a remix of the trailer they released months ago. I didn't see any new game footage. Wonder what they are doing.

If I had to choose between Champions and DC I'd go with Champions simply because Cryptic has a large amount of experience working with this sort of game where as the DC team doesn't as far as I know. That said, as a subscriber of CoX I have to say that the game did start to get better after NCsoft took sole control of the game's development.

What the? Folks, this is VERY VERY different from City of Heroes. Is Diablo the same as Oblivion because they both are fantasy? Champs plays completely different from CoH. It's much more "actiony" button mashing stuff. Graphics are very different, too.
