CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars

I highly recommend this game. For only 10$ you get split screen, online, and offline game-play with some easy challenges. As of now I'm very addicted to playing against bots with my friend on split screen. But, if you don't have a friend to play with locally you can play online or against bots.
The good:
1. Its only 10$
2. It has split screen
3. It has online
4. You can unlock customizations for your guys

The bad:
1. Average guns you find in every FPS
2. Four standard game modes: Assault, Team Deathmatch, Deathmatch, and Capture the Flag.
Again, I highly recommend this game if you have an extra 10$ laying around, its well worth it.
As a side note: I'm sick of Gamespot treating low-priced downloadable games as they would full-priced 60$ retail games, of course they're going to have less content.
