How do you get the True Lover ending?

You need to get your meter fully Law (blue side), and you have to answer the questions for the stages at the very end correctly:
Stage 9-1 (Of course) (but it won't matter if you choose the other one)
Stage 9-2 (Yes) (You need to make sure that you pick this one, as well as the next 2)
Stage 9-3 (No)
Stage 9-4 (I'm ready)
