Poor camera movement and positioning, similar story... but good gameplay, though similar God of War

The story is just the same, the protagonist defeats the final boss (Dracula or someone who possesses power of Dracula) then becomes the new Dracula sitting in his bloody throne. We all know that Castlevania gamers. Graphics is outstanding So let's now go to the gameplay... CAMERA this is what I hated in this game. The camera is just positioned badly on some areas. There comes to some places, where you cannot see your enemy because it cannot be captured by the camera, because it focuses just on you (Gabriel). You will just be shocked that you were hit by their long ranged attacks, which will cut your hit meter (the one that fills for successive hit on enemies without getting hurt). This also puts the Right Stick (PS3 Controller) NO USE. COMBAT GAMEPLAY obviously it is similar to how Kratos of God of War battle. Slashing his whip on long distance, smashing the ground with your whip and climbing up very large enemies such as Titans where you have to successfully press the required button. BUT the thing I loved here is you can ride various monster like your own pet (but you will kill them everytime you unmount). You can ride big warthog with spiked helmet, giant spider, giant doggie and giant troll. You are invincible while riding them because you receive no damage when attacked by enemies. I also love the variety of attack combos especially the Ground Cutter (two airborne attacks then performing a spinning whip on ground while dashing forward). You also have secondary weapons like the throwing dagger very common to the series. You also have the Light and Shadow power. I like the Light because you gain health by attacking enemies, reminds me of the spell of Alucard back in Symphony of the Night. EXPLORING STYLE similar to Uncharted Series where have to hang on some edges then jump to another. I was expecting what I used to be in playing Castlevania, jumping on terraces until you get to the top. ITEMS AND FOUNTAINS you can count the kinds of items you can get using your fingers (from the four secondary weapons to the magical gems) just it. No armors, rings, pendants, healing items. They also have the healing fountains glowing with green light again, very similar to God of War. And a Small angel statue glowing with yellow light where you can get infinite supply of neutral energy. Overall didn't like how MercurySteam and Kojima made it.
