The Castlevania series, one of the oldest and best video game franchises, takes it multiplayer.

Ahh Castlevania, one of my favorite video game franchises. It has some great games(mostly 2D) and some mediocre games(mostly 3D). This game sticks to 2D, and can be either a great game, or an OK game depending on if you play the multiplayer or single player. The multiplayer is the best part. There are 11 levels, 10 or so characters all coming from different Castlevania games, and the ability for multiplayer which is the best part. You get 30 minutes to finish the level. You can play with 2-6 people on multiplayer or just by yourself. There are hundreds of items and weapons and armor to find which make you better and push you to keep playing to find them. Overall, very addictive game for multiplayer, but the single play is lacking and brings it down quite a bit. Overall 8.5/10 a great game and very addictive.
