As far as download games go its hard finding a good one. This game is a lot more fun than i had expected. The combat is somewhat complicated but in a simple to understand kind of way. Its basically 1 button dose a fast attack, 1 dose a slow hard attack and 1 blocks. You can do combos so its basically what ever you want.Then you have magic, then items, like a bow, potion and stuff like that. The regular enemy's are usually hard enough but not that big of a deal. The boss fights on the other hand are harder. Its not a simple case of jump in and there dead in a few seconds. There actually challenging in a kind of old school S NES kind of way. On the bosses you have to figure out what there going to do and not just blindly slashing them or you'll die. The only problem Ive seen is on the bosses you'll go to attack them and completely miss. This only happens because the game is 2D but you can move like its a 3D environment. (If you ever played Mario RPG you'll know what i mean) Its basically you think your lined up with the guy and you go behind him. What i really liked is the fact you can level up and customize your stats. Along with that you can get different weapons but you have to find them first. (Each weapon has stats) The game is quite funny in a cartoony and i guess in a kind of cute way. (yes i used cute!) Sometimes though its not funny, its just really weird and you hope none walks in and sees it. So for a $15 game id say its worth it. (would have liked $10 but o well)
