This crossbreed of a competitors title is actually pretty good at what it has to offer. Being able to pick from 44 characters on the screen is incredible with varietythere no bad combination of characters on a team you are good with. I personally haven't played a lot of SNK Fatal Fury, or King of Fighters type of Games a lot but i know they are pretty well known from a gamers fighters standpoint. i actually don't mind the graphics in this game for which "old School" can still rule just like classic cars, you never get tired of them. gameplay its pretty sweet if you know capcom characters better than snk, or opposite. the way the characters interact on the screen is definitely something different from my standpoint alone. Music is allright, it has a great feel, and a lot of mixes if can say. You can pick a team of 3 characters(the only mode i have messed with so far) and its not like MVC where your other teammates can jump in and help you out a bit with a touch of some buttons, no actully SNKVSCAPCOM2 lets you do 1 on 1 battles for fair play, i think that was one of the few aspects i was looking foward to when i purchased this game from Ebay. If you are not big into fighting games, this would be a good rental(if the place has it), if you are it would be great for the collection, and if you are a social gamer...bring your A game towards your friends and show them what you can do with a mix of characters from different rosters from each company.
