How much bang do you expect to get from your ten bucks? Probably more than this will give you.

A lot of people have been giving the game some high praise, and I can see why. It is chaotic, frantic, good fun. It's a fun, enjoyable multiplayer game, with simplistic put effective graphics and gameplay. Not much unlike many flash games that can be found all over the web.

Lets start what it does well. It's simple, it works. You are a car, and you have to capture a criminal, and then deliver him to a jail, or truck, or helicopter of some sort. There are weapons, including heat seaking missiles, magnets, and a giant hammer.

The multiplayer can be a 4 person split screen, or 4 person online. Or you can play single player with bots. Unfortunately the bots drive like 86 year old grannies, and pose no real challenge, so you'll wanna take your game online whenever possible.

The online is fun, if a little wonky. I failed to connect to a lot of games before I successfully joined just one. And once in, all the players left, leaving me alone with the bots. And it's not safe to be alone with the bots. After maybe 10 minutes, I managed to get a game going, and ever after that, I've had an easier, and easier time (Possibly because more people are playing the game).

The sound is quite well done. The music is very fitting, and frantic, a perfect match for the game. The sound effects are effective, and the voice over's shine. On the main page, there's a trapped prisoner who spends all the time you spend on the title screen, threatening you with what he'll do to you once he gets out. Kind of funny, and a nice touch. In the game, there's an announcer who completely fits Jeff Foxworthy's "You might be a redneck" to a tee, and he tells you important info like when the jail is frozen, or you have to get the prisoner in the helicopter, or when time is running out.

I won't deny it's fun, in fact I've said that many times now, and I'm now repeating myself. But, just like a good Flash Game, it's not a game I want to play for many hours on end. It's a game that's great for taking my mind off something else for 10 - 15 minutes. With it's 4 whole levels, 3 whole weapons (Maybe more than 3, I can only think of 3) and 1 game mode, this game doesn't offer much more than the free stuff I find on addictinggames.com.

And it's because of the lack of depth, or content, or much of anything, that I have to say this. It is not worth ten bucks. It would be passable at 5 dollars, but 10 dollars is a complete rip off. that's a fourth of the cost of Halo 2 on PC (I only say that because I just preordered it from Future Shop...good deal too). This game doesn't even come close to being a quarter as valuable as Halo. The game is the best game on the Playstation Network, and probably the only one worth looking into, but if this were on the Xbox 360, it would be scoffed at.

PS3 owners are looking for anything positive to grab at, and they seem to be grabbing onto this game, but honestly. Spend your cash on Mortal Kombat 2 instead, or Rampage when it comes out (Or both, seeing as they're each going for 5 bucks, as opposed to 10). This game just isn't worth it.
