The campaign in this game is a blast. The multiplayer is highly addictive. The MW engine was used well here with an upgrade of carnage. You really feel as though your pumping your enemies full of led in this game, pop somebody in the face with a rifle or pistol and you see a red mark on their face and heavier weapons can blow in heads and dismember limbs, showing how violent arm conflict is. As sick as this sounds, it makes the gameplay that much more satisfying and if you use the right explosive or heavy weapon you can actually blow heads in and dismember arms and legs....this is the first ww2 game to depict ww2 as it actually was....dark and violent. The gunplay is the same as Modern Warfare before it and we all know MW had great gunplay so if you liked that you'll Love this if you can get past the fact that the guns are not modern(its a ww2 game). I loved having the ablility to sick packs of dogs on people in multiplayer and you can also drive a tank. Over all, if you can get past the old ww2 setting, this game packs more of a punch than Modern Warfare 1 or 2. Once you beat the campaign you unlock a mode where you must survive among hoards of zombies...and the downloadable Zombie maps, especially the one where you shoot asian zombies(map pack 2) is so much fun. COD W@W is the best game I have played for the xbox 360. If you like fast paced brutal action, you will love this game. Buy it.
