Looks good but don't see what the fuss is about.

    Rated on August 12, 2009 by macewindu1989

We've seen it all before for years now, starting back in 1999 with Medal of Honour to this. Oh yes there was Modern Warfare, but other than the time it was set whats the difference. Graphics have got ...

Another example of why Treyarch shouldn't be allowed to make Call of Duty games. It tries to be COD2, but fails.

The first thing that I need to say is this.. I love Call of Duty. However, after playing through about 90% of the single-player campaign, it has become painfully clear ONCE AGAIN that Treyarch shoul...

    Solid

    Rated on August 16, 2009 by NA1NSXR

I thought the graphics were a nice, if subtle improvement over Modern Warfare and the single player campaign was at least as good. I didn't find the story as powerful as MW though, but the combat was...

Only Treyarch could manage to take the fun out of using a flamethrower.

    Rated on August 18, 2009 by nimbulan2000

Ever since this game came out I keep hearing that Treyarch has finally redeemed themselves after the disaster of COD3. The only thing is, I can only partially see why. While this game is definitely ...

    A fun little WWII shooter.

    Rated on February 26, 2012 by dahaoleboy69

I personally wouldn't call Call of Duty: World at War a game. It's more a war simulator. It has realistic physics, battle scenereos that actually happened in reality and dogs that kill. Literally. ...

For a first time COD player, this game impresses. Short single player, great multiplayer.

    Rated on August 29, 2009 by True_Sounds

The single player game lasts about 5-6 hours. You alternate between a US and a Russian soldier as you right the Japanese and the German Nazis. The missions were fun, and while the SP game is fairly ...

CoD:World at war. Best of the worst.

Rated on September 08, 2009 by CHCJoe

So World at War. This was a game I looked forward to playing, after hearing countless recommendations from friends I finally bought it and was terrifically let down by the sheer lack of immersion and ...

Bad multiplayer programming ruins the only reason I wanted to play this game.

Rated on September 12, 2009 by *AshieduNwadiei

I purchased this game last weekend to use the co-op, since switching PC gaming, this game has been my first major disappointment. I've been gaming since 1985 or so, but there is this ignorant culture...

    Pretty Bland...

    Rated on September 17, 2009 by iamrob7

I have only played the singleplayer game, so this review doesn't include any multiplayer observations. This is basically yet another WW2 FPS, linear, generic game. No amount of fancy presentation ...
