Modern Warfare 3 for PS3 Honest Review (I'm neither a CoD or Battlefield fanboy)

Presentation: 8.0- Same,easy, and simple menu from Modern Warfare 2 does its job well. Very smooth running game concerning the single player mode although online modes are at the franchise's worse. Controls are still sharp and responsive.

Graphics: 8.0- Above average graphics similar to Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops but won't impress you based on other high graphics games released this year.

Sound: 6.5- Generic music, decent, but lazy gun effects since different guns have the same sound effects. Also a lot of sound effects pulled straight from Modern Warfare 2. Nothing special overall.

Gameplay: 7.0- Campaign is average and good for one quick play through ( I beat it in 5 hours, never to touch it again), the new survival mode is fun with a buddy however the spec ops missions are tedious and boring. Multiplayer is at its worse in Call of Duty with high lag and certain unbalances however it is still above average.

Lasting Appeal:9.0- Multiplayer is incredibly flawed but still addictive, even if you do bad and rage at the game, you will come back. If you don't have internet I would strongly discourage buying this game because the campaign mode has barely any replay value and is very short (4-6 hours).

Overall: 7.5 - Above average.
