Actually an okay ds shooter!

I bought this game not expecting much, since the reviews were kind of bad, but this game was not bad! It is very similar to Call of Duty: Black Ops for the ds, in online play and in the single-player mode. The story is interesting, it takes place midway through MW2 during the Russian invasion of the United States. You are in the National Guard trying to stop the Russians from taking the Alaskan oil pipeline, the Hoover Dam, and a port in Baltimore. The graphics are average for ds games, not as good as some I've see but pretty good. I didn't find very many glitches in the game-play that actually affected the fun of the game, however, there was one instance when one of the squad refused to move and I had to start the level from the last checkpoint. Other then that everything went smoothly. The whole campaign took 4-5 hours, but has some replay value in the form of collectibles and challenge missions. The only play is solid, much improved from Black Ops, with fun game modes and that maps that fit the small 6-player matches. Perks are fun to use, and unlocking weapons is fun. There are an average amount of people playing, though every once in a while it will disconnect you and say "communication error" for no reason.
I spent 15$ on Amazon and it was worth every penny.
