How in the hell does this game get GDC award when the most outstanding feature is how hard it is? Makes no sense to me.

Such a sad and boring event. Indie games competing with giant game companies, unfair and uneven playing field. Tim Shafer is a legend, but whatever is done lately is just not great.
and I'm glad to see that much indie games to win awards on the "big" show :)
I always loved to watch Tim, he is just so great as a moderator :)
Tim Schafer and Mega 64 rock :D!!!
dungeon keeper 3, Peter? any chance ?
I am pleased that thus far, this comments thread is somewhat free of all that complaining that one can find under the GameSpot news article about the same event. I would repeat here that the choices made by developers have more clout than any other stakeholders in the electronic games industry, be they reviewers, consumers or publishers. They are the ones who know video games best.
Full throttle: silence, Grim Fandango: mass cheering
pity I cant download this vid...sweet nonetheless
Sweet

They couldn't have made it look like they were looking at a script screen any more then they already have...
How did Bad company 2 not get the best audio when it already won the best audio for almost all other award shows?
HELL YEAH,Ass Deffect sucks.BioWare MEGAAAA sucks.
I'm glad Red dead won. It really did a good job.

The first speaker they introduce, I thought he had a GIANT mole or wart on his face! Please use a microphone for god sake!
