It delivers? sure it does. It satisfies?? let's find out.
So, let's start with the main campaign:
Campaign:
You will take a role of a soldier who is interrogatted for information he can't remember what it is or to be exact. He doesn't remember what happens to him. Missions are played as a flashback of this soldier whose name is Mason. Mason is forced to remember what happens to him in his previous missions and you play those missions to get the main goal of the singlle-player campaign.
In my opinion, flashbacks are the best way to tell a story and I haven't seen this in Call of Duty franchise before and adding it up to this latest installment is a blast and it's the best CoD single-player campaign up to date.

so, the campaign is the best in the series, but everyone knows what CoD fans care most about. They care about the muiltiplayer and I think that's what's the first thing they play when they insert the disc.
Muiltiplayer:
Well. to be honest. it's not as good as its prodecessor. Modern Warfare 2 magically captured CoD4's fans into the muiltiplayer, but CoD BO, it's great but not so much.
so what's right about and what's wrong about it?
*controls:
The controls are still the same and I mean THE SAME. Treyanch didn't take the risk to change the controls instead, they only added one feature to it and it's a long jump while running with the circle button.
Now, that's not a bad move but the series is getting staler and staler with each game they release. Call of Duty officially lost its mumentum and let's hope the next one brings some innovative to revive the series.
*Online Play:
You start from Level 1 as usual and climb your way by playing muilitple modes such:
* Free-for-all
* Team Death Match
* Demolition
* Capture the flag
* Ground War
... and so on.
You start off with a character and certain classes at the begining. By reaching level 4 or 5, you are able to customzie your equipment and perks. But the good feature here, leveling up doesn't matter because you have newly-added feature, CoD points. CoD points let you purchase almost everything that is involved with the muiltiplayer.
Weapons, attachments, perks, emblems, equipemnt, grenades both primary and secondary, face paints, ...and so on. You name it's there to purchase. Even Killstreaks are purchasable.
Some may like it like me because it's not about just leveling up. Things are changed here, you have to spend your CoD points carefully and there's some strategic thinking here. And some may not like because of its annoyance, nearly everything must be purcahsed and that may be a little too much.
To earn CoD points, a lot of them. You can head to Wager Matches where you can gamble and put your skills to the test, there.
And an awesome feature that's preventing me from ditching it and return to CoD MW2 is the split screen muiltiplayer. Wow, I've always wanted that in a CoD game and now it's here it's gonna last with me for a long time because I have a partner to play with.

It's not perfect to be honest. It suffers from very bad lag and it can be fixed with patches in time. But for now on. It's laggy. Don't let that scare away if you have a roommate who enjoys to play online in a split screen with you.
Sound:
In general, it's good, not great. Sound effects are bad especially the weapons' sound effects and especially the shotguns. I don't feel there's a firepower in a shutgun or any kind of weapon when I fire it away. The sound kills it for me. Even, grenades' sounds are bad.
But thankfully, voice acting is phenomenal. Voice Actors are incredibly good.

Graphics:
Single Player is beautiful and it's detailed so much especially the characters. Environments look good too. But there are some issues like in the explosions. You can notice that's not how the explosions should've been if you know what I mean. Maybe there's a graphical framerate.
Maps of the muiltiplayer are well-balanced. But there's so much problem with it. It seems that whenever you hop in the muilitiplayer. The graphics get worse but in a noticeable degree and it's minor.

Overall Score:
I'm enjoying my time with CoD BO, it's split screen and everything. There's also the zombie mode and I'm sorry I haven't mentioned that because I've just remembered it. It's awesome by the way to sum it up.
But like mentioned before, nothing's pefect and there will be nothing perfect. If you are a fan of WaW like me, get it. MW2 fans, stick with what you have.
