Infinite ammo for zombies???

I had a friend help set it up so i can use unlimited ammo for zombies solo. Well i jumped online and i kept getting booted. So im like wtf, then another one i joined, the guy said no cheating. So im thinking maybe it shows up some how. So i exited and removed the command from the config file. Is this the case or was i just having bad luck?

Well i have no intentions of using it during online matches. Figured i just wouldnt push the key i have it bound too. Normally i play with 3 other friends that all live in my area. So i added the command line to my config just for solo play. Wasnt sure why i kept getting kicked. So i made a copy of the config with the cheat and one without for playing online.

But i wanted to know if other people could tell i had the key binding.

Maybe you just got kicked for being a nub?

The only slight tell is the longer loading time and the 'waiting for connection' which takes a bit longer sometimes for people with the extra line in the config. But people with slow connections load too so its not that obvious.

Also I exit games as soon as I find out infinite ammo is turned on. Lots of people do.

No this was always in the lobby. Never got kicked once in game.

It annoys me heavily. I mean, I remember my second game. Left at round 33. We got lucky with teh Ray Guns and Winter's Howls on Five, and basically camped in the elevator the whole game. Fun.

Configuring infinite ammo for zombies is done in the single player config file. It won't affect multiplayer at all. Multiplayer uses a separate program and config file, so it has nothing whatsoever to do with zombies mode.

You're not getting kicked from MP because of infinite ammo. It's some other reason.

Yeah, its not that i was getting kicked. Everytime i got into the lobby it would close out. So i wasnt sure what the deal was with that.
